Grand Central Brewhouse consists of two new buildings, a micro-brewery owned and operated by our client and a complementary for-lease restaurant building, totaling approximately 10,200 square feet. The site includes the well-defined public sidewalk, an intimate entry courtyard, an expansive beer garden framed by the two buildings as well as two roof terraces enjoying views of both Central Avenue and the landscaped beer garden.

LIV is a luxury three-unit townhouse project located in downtown St. Petersburg. Given the narrow lot and required side yard setbacks, each home is only 18’ wide. Utilizing a variety of strategies, the design seeks to both simultaneously emphasize and overcome the narrow width. A four-foot wide service slot housing the stair and elevator are expressed on the front façade as balconies separating the units.
